Davis was President of Edward Howard for a number of years and led the public relations business before that with Liggett-Stashower.

He is author of the book Building Your Company’s Good Name published by the American Management Association’s AMACOM Publishing Division.

He has been a national leader in the public relations field.

Davis is a widely experienced speaker and trainer and serves as an adjunct faculty member in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Kent State University. He has taught ethics-based courses at the senior undergraduate and master’s degree levels. He is a journalism graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
